Like Call Me OK?

Ring ring......"Hello, this is Adam at America Online. I apologize if you had to wait on hold. What can I do for you today?" That would be what I would say....if I were me. That's right. My new job is working in an IDT (a large telecommunications company) callcenter doing outsourced customer service and billing for AOL. It's just my way of giving something back. And they pay pretty well. Oh, and I don't know if I mentioned, it's an overnight shift, 11 PM - 7 AM. Good times for the Adam-meister.
