Step In Time
I was going to post a while ago about the "other" thing that I was doing to shed a few pounds about a month ago. But then a funny thing happened. I stopped doing it. As such, it didn't seem very appropriate for me to post about it. Was is this mysterious "it" that I was doing? Nothing other than Kathy Smith's Step Aerobics DVD that Michelle bought a while ago. Why am I suddenly posting about this now? Because I'm going to start doing it again starting tomorrow morning. Traveling knees, here I come.
