Two of My Favorite Things

The first picture to be posted on this site commemorates one of the highlights of Michelle's visit to Boston. One of the last things that we did in Boston was visit the Old North Church and Paul Revere's house with my mother and Michelle's father. My mother and I dropped Michelle and her father off at the Church and went in search of parking. When we met up in front of the Church several minutes later I was treated to a wonderful surprise. No, it wasn't a tap dancing midget, but it was almost as good. Michelle had purchased (and was wearing) a Boston Red Sox cap. That Michelle had embraced my love of the best baseball team in the world elicited warm and fuzzy feelings of joy and elation. Now all she has to do is hate the Yankees.

I Am A Bad Blogger

I was supposed to blog tonight. The blog was to include a funny story about me visiting a friend's old apartment (when the friend really was living in a new one) and a picture of my amazing girlfriend donning a Red Sox cap. Unfortunately I'm tired. So the post will have to wait.

Now Everyone Is Married

Last Sunday my friends Elana and Doron got hitched. It was a great time and I got to see a bunch of old friends that I haven't seen in a while. I could write lots of fun stuff about the wedding or maybe post some pictures taken at the affair. But I'm lazy. And Michelle already did it for me.

One Down One To Go

In addition to a welcome vacation, another reason why I am in the states right now is to partake in the joyous celebration of two weddings - one of which was in Baltimore last Sunday. The wedding was wonderful. I flew in early in order to spend Shabbat with my friends Benjay and Marissa (and their adorable little baby) and was able to spend time after the wedding with my army buddy Mike. It was a great vacation within a vacation with the wedding being the centerpiece. I'm back in Boston now with just enough time to send my tux shirt out to the cleaners before the second wedding this Sunday. Oh yeah, and Michelle gets in from Israel tomorrow. Am I having a good vacation or what?
